Every year in Charlotte, Freedom Park hosts an event called Festival in the Park. It's a great way to welcome fall and be outdoors by supporting local food, music and vendors. Friends and family make it an evening date Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

This weekend is the designated weekend beginning at 4PM on September 20th until 9PM at night. Want to know the best part? IT IS A FREE EVENT! If you're like me, free entertainment is sometimes the best entertainment. Nearly 1,000 entertainers will be performing throughout the weekend. so find a time that fits your schedule and head on out.
